NOTE: On February
10, 1992 Pantera released "Vulgar Display Of Power", as the follow up to major
label debut "Cowboys From Hell". The album was heavier than "Cowboys" .. much
heavier ! The band has said that it was a reaction to Metallica's black album.
They said that the abandoning of the thrash metal sound by Metallica was a let
down. Feeling a void was there that needed to be filled Pantera decided to
record the heaviest album they could. Vulgar peaked at #44 on the Billboard
chart and has been certified double platinum. This show sounds great and s a
perfect example of a 1992 Pantera gig. Fans who don't have this show do not
miss this one.
A must have!
